Five Ways To Say It Tuesday: Concentrate on the now.

Concentrate on the now.

Concentrate on the now.

Concentrate on the now.

Photo on 4-28-14 at 8.15 AM

That is a picture of how I started yesterday–Monday! All morning I had been lost in thought about life and and I headed out the door still contemplating it! About two minutes later I “woke up” because my feet felt strange. I looked down and “WOW” I had on two different shoes. Fortunately, I had left early and had time to hustle back and fix my shoe situation. I am amazed that I did it during “Be here now” week on this blog! Holy moly!

Concentrate on the now.

Concentrate on the now.

Concentrate on the now.

Have a good one!

Sincerely,

Katie

Welcome to Video Monday: (Just) be here now.

Out loud! In your head! Under your breath!

Practice makes progress!

(Just) be here now.

(Just) be here now.

(Just) be here now.

This week we’re working with “Be here now”. Sometimes life gets so busy. It is a good idea to take a deep breath and relax and say, “Be here now.” Stop futuring, stop pasting, just be here now. Enjoy or see to exactly what is in front of you or who you are with right now!

(Just) be here now.

(Just) be here now.

(Just) be here now.

Have a good one and have a great Golden Week!!

Sincerely,

Katie
